Compatibility with one device model does not mean compatibility with another model. We are not responsible for issues caused by selecting an incompatible product unless the product information provided by us was incorrect.

The WHOOP device is not included unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

WHOOP is a trademark of its respective owner. Our products are independent compatible accessories and are not manufactured, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by WHOOP.

1. Product use and care

Customers must follow the care and installation instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website.

Our bands are designed to resist sweat, showers, and normal everyday water exposure. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not intended for prolonged immersion, diving, extreme environments, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect washing, unauthorized modification, excessive force, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Our products are accessories and are not medical devices. We do not guarantee that an accessory will improve health, fitness, sleep, recovery, or performance results.
